Noupelle is based on the values of design and upcycling, the name is a synthesis of the words 'nouvelle' which means new and ‘pelle’ which means skin/leather, pelle is used as both a material and a metaphor. We wish to redefine the word 'new'. The brand upcycles leather off-cuts to give them a second purpose and each product a new skin! Design is the most elemental ingredient of Noupelle. It's only with a detailed design that they can put the off cuts of leather to a brand new use, reviving, rescuing and reimagining!

Sourcing off-cuts gives us a chance to keep changing up in terms of colours, patterns & textures of leather at the same time making the products one-off and exclusive. Most of our pieces are made to order and we only produce a few of each style. We work to implement our zero waste concept from our products to our packaging, which is all made from 100% recycled paper.
