Which items can be returned?
Only garments and footwear can be returned or exchanged based on certain conditions. You can refer to our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy to know the eligibility for the same.
Accessories can be exchanged but not returned. Exchange of accessories need to be informed within 2 days from the date of delivery of the product to you.
Since we keep limited inventory, we may not have all sizes or all products available at all times. In such cases, we will return the amount paid for the particular item in exchange of a coupon. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold. Please note that if we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect product or garment size, we will return it to you with the correct product/ garment size.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Kamakhyaa accepts credit card payments through a secure online server, as we realize the importance of the security of your details.
Does Kamakhyaa ship to multiple addresses?
You can only make one order upon checkout to be shipped to one address. However, if you require more than one item to be shipped to more than one address, you will have to make separate transactions per item.
What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?
All merchandise from Kamakhyaa will be delivered in Kamakhyaa’s boxes or packages that will ensure that your product will reach safely to its destination without any damage.
How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?
Kamakhyaa assures you that we are an authorized online store/distributor and we sell only authentic designer wear that our merchandisers have handpicked. Each brand is handpicked after ensuring at least one environmental & one ethical aspect of sustainability has been carried out. How do I redeem a promotional code?
Simply enter your valid promo code at checkout. Multiple promotional codes cannot be added
Do you ship to my country? Which currency can I buy in?
We ship worldwide. You can choose your billing payments to be in any other currency through Paytm payments. You will be able to select the currency at the time of payment.
How do I reset my password?

For a sold-out item, select the size of your choice and send us a request with your details and we will get back to you once the product is available.

Yes, We offer customisation for specific products. You can check the product description to know if that product is customisable or not. If you are looking for anything specific customisation, you can write to us or book an appointment.
